High-quality socks which are knit with hemp yarn along with cotton yarn and nylon yarn during knitting are provided, which prevent the generation of skin disorders such as athletes' foot, have excellent air permeability and moisture absorption capacity and prevent the generation of odors such as foot odor. In socks(1) manufactured by feeding several strands of yarn through an upper sinker ring of a cylindrical needle cylinder, continuously producing a loop stitch with the yarn by a knitting needle and knitting, the yarn comprises 53 to 54% by weight of hemp yarn, 38 to 40% by weight of cotton yarn and 5 to 7% by weight of nylon yarn. The socks further contain 2 to 3% by weight of rubber yarn at the upper inlet, based on the total weight of the socks to form an elastic band(1a).
