A method for synthesizing biological signal data received from a plurality of measurement terminals and a system using the same are provided to analyze a health state of a user from a pattern change of various biological signals within the same time by providing various biological signal data received from the plurality of measurement terminals without a time error. A method for synthesizing biological signal data received from a plurality of measurement terminals includes the steps of: transmitting a time setting command to the plurality of measurement terminals respectively(S301); receiving first biological signal data of a user from the plurality of measurement terminals(S304), wherein the first biological data has a time axis having a measuring start time and a measuring end time; comparing the measuring start time and the measuring end time with a standard time, and determining the comparison result(S308); if an error exists in the comparison result, generating second biological signal data which compensates the first biological signal data with reference to the standard time(S309); and generating third biological signal data by synthesizing a plurality of second biological signal data(S310).
