A parking brake is provided to reduce raffle noise by absorbing an impact occurring between an anchor and each brake shoe using a buffer spring. The parking brake contains a drum(110) rotated together with wheels of a vehicle, primary and secondary brake shoes(120,130) adhered closely to the inner circumferential surface of the drum to apply brake force on the drum, an operating lever(180) coupled to each end of the primary and secondary brake shoes and operated by a parking cable to push the primary and secondary brake shoes toward the drum when the parking cable is pulled, and a buffer spring(190) installed to the operating lever to prevent a collision between each brake shoe and an anchor(150) coupled to a back plate(160) to contact and support one end of each brake shoe.
