A method of neutralizing or removing poison contained in a building and all construction materials for a building and a heating receptacle filled with a poison neutralizer or remover are provided to keep indoors pleasant and to promote user's health by neutralizing or removing poison contained in a building and all construction materials for a building, discharging the poisonous elements to the outside and letting the fresh air in. The invention relates to a method for neutralizing or removing poison contained in a building(10) and all construction materials used for the building by spreading paper, plastics or non-woven fabrics(21) on the bottom(11) of the building to prevent materials such as rosin discharged from a poison neutralizer or remover(20) paved in a post-process from being attached on the bottom, paving a poison neutralizer or remover on the top of the paper, plastics or non-woven fabrics, closing all windows(13) of the building and operating a boiler for 5~30 hours to give out moisture and fragrance from the poison neutralizer or remover paved on the bottom to permeate to the building or all construction materials for the building, and then opening all windows of the building for 1~5 hours to discharge the moisture and poison emitted from the building or all construction materials for the building to the outside and to let the fresh outside air in the building, and repeating above mentioned steps for 3~5 times to neutralize or remove all poisonous elements or poisonous moisture contained in the building and construction materials for the building, and then removing the poison neutralizer or remover, and paper, plastics or non-woven fabrics from the bottom of the building. In addition a heating receptacle, which is equipped with many hot wires placed on the inside, an electric cord and a thermostat connected to the hot wires and many wheels attached on the bottom for movement, and covered with a concave cover having many vent holes, enables to be placed in a building after spreading paper, plastics or non-woven fabrics and filling with a poison neutralizer or remover inward to neutralize or remove all poisonous elements or poisonous moisture contained in the building and construction materials for the building.
