<p>A functional cornstalk board and a preparation method thereof are provided to develop an eco-friendly cornstalk board by using a cornstalk having cellulose as a main law material and to reduce environmental pollution. The functional cornstalk board contains 1-10 part by weight of a hardening agent based on 100 part by weight of a mixture made by mixing 0.2-2 part by weight of a binder or a silicate and 6-10 part by weight of a cornstalk. One or more selected from a group consisting of melamine formaldehyde glue, urea formaldehyde glue, phenol formaldehyde glue, urea & mixed formaldehyde glue, phenol & urea & mixed formaldehyde glue, urea melamine formaldehyde glue, poly lauylacrylate, poly-2-ethylhexylacrylate, acryl vinyl resin, polyvinyl acetate, glue and EVA resin are used as a binder.</p> |
