PURPOSE: A board test system incorporating a main control unit into a test head is provided to directly control the test of an implementation board under text at high speed by utilizing slot PC cards which use necessary controls for all measurement of board test system by a PCI bus through a PC back board, to prevent a fixture member from errors caused from hand works and signal noises from. CONSTITUTION: A board test system incorporating a main control unit into a test head includes a fixture portion, a test head portion(20), a measurement card portion, a controller, an interface portion, a power supplying portion and a peripheral device portion. The fixture portion has a probe plate portion(11) and an adapter portion, and the test head portion(20) a test head pin portion and a test head card portion. The measurement card portion has a hybrid pattern input/output(HPIO) master card(31) and a user interface card(32). The controller has a main control apparatus(41), a floppy disk driver(42), a CD-ROM driver(43) and a hard disk(44). The interface portion has a PC back board, a system interface board and a common interface board. The power supplying portion has a UUT power supplying portion(61) and a system power supplying portion(62). The peripheral device portion has a monitor(71), a printer(72), a keyboard(73) and a mouse(74). |
