COOLING AND HEATING FAN ASSEMBLY OF WATER TEMPERATURE ACCUMULATION TYPE

A water temperature accumulation type cooling and heating fan assembly is provided to lower cost due to consumption of energy by generating hot wind or cool wind by heating or cooling water by using only electricity. A case(100) has a main tank(200) having blowholes(140) at one side and storing water(220). A radiator(300) is formed at the blowholes of the main tank and is connected with the main tank by a water circulation line(250). A blow fan(350) is installed at one side of the radiator for sending cool air and hot air of the radiator through the blowholes. A pump(400) is connected with the water circulation line for circulating water of the main tank to the radiator. An electric heater(500) and an evaporator are installed in the main tank for heating or cooling water. A compressor(700) is connected with the evaporator. A condenser(800) is installed outside the case and is connected with the compressor for receiving a refrigerant of high temperature and high pressure for liquefying the refrigerant. An expansion valve(900) is connected between the condenser and the evaporator.
