Rubber recovery procedure for subsequent use as a modifier of bitumen comprises preparing dosage controlled pellets vulcanized rubber tires from outside free use of steel and dirt; inserting the product into the center of the machine through the center hole of the stator, distributed evenly over the surface of the rotor; crushing the granules by a centrifugal force between the rotor and stator; subjecting the rubber to high pressure and shear forces in the three axes of space; and bagging of the product, once cooled, in airtight packaging.
