A compression sleeve including an air conduit is provided to improve a removal ratio of compressed air by channelizing the compressed air toward a lumen at the air conduit. A compression sleeve including an air conduit includes a first sheet(12), a second sheet(14), at least one conduit(38), and a plurality of connection units. The second sheet(14) is attached to the first sheet(12), and confines at least one expansion part. The conduit(38) is included in at least one expansion part. The plurality of connection units has a connector(36), and hook and connection parts. The connector(36) connects a lumen to a supply source of a compressed fluid. The hook and connection parts are adapted to fix the sleeve to a part of a patient body. The conduit(38) is connected to the first sheet(12) or the second sheet(14). The conduit(38) has a post member, and a plurality of ridges attached on a first surface of the post member.
