A monitoring camera is provided to finely control a direction and an angle of a camera lens for photographing a subject after fixing the monitoring camera to a desired position and prevent random change of the controlled direction and angle of the camera lens. A monitoring camera includes a direction control element(40) having a rotation element(41), of which a bottom surface part is formed as a receiving chamber(42) indented inward and the receiving chamber has a tooth part(44) on an inner periphery. The direction control element has a stopper(45) formed with holding protrusions(46) to be engaged with the tooth part of the receiving chamber and space parts(48) for the holding protrusions to be pushed back into the space parts. The stopper is fixed by coupling between holding pins(47) formed on a bottom surface thereof and holding holes(22) formed on a bottom surface of the main body.
