A door frame cover of an automobile is provided to have the same curvature as that of an upper corner of a weather strip and to closely contact the weather strip so as to maintain the sealing of a compartment of the automobile. A door frame cover of an automobile includes a door frame(10). The door frame is manufactured by welding an upper frame(10a) with a side frame(10b) so that an upper corner(10c) of the door frame has an approximately right angle. The upper frame of the door frame is formed with an assembling hole(10aa), and a cover(11) of a predetermined curvature has a locking protrusion(11a) having an approximately arrow shape to be inserted into the assembling hole so that the cover is coupled with the upper frame. The cover includes a curved corner(11b) having the same curvature as that of a corner of the weather strip mounted to a side outer panel, and a flange(11c) having the approximately same width as those of the upper frame and the side frame. The cover may include a solid rib to form lattice patterns in the vertical and horizontal directions.
