A fixing apparatus of a spare tire of a vehicle is provided to variously set the width of operational force limitation by forming at least one of a heat gear tooth and a body gear tooth in plural numbers. A fixing apparatus of a spare tire of a vehicle includes a spare tire, a bolt body(70), a bolt head(80), and one way clutch(90). The spare tire is positioned on a rear floor of the vehicle. The bolt body fixes the spare tire to the rear floor. The bolt head is assembled in the bolt body and transfers an actuating force to the bolt body. The one way clutch is installed between the bolt body and the bolt head, and transfers the actuating force applied to the bolt head. The one way clutch includes an elastic member for pressurizing the bolt body toward the bolt head.
