A one touch type nut fastening structure is provided to complete a connection with a bolt by operating a rotation of a connection part together with a push operation of a button. A one touch type nut fastening structure includes a circumference part, a button(10), a connection part(12), and two accommodation grooves(14). The nut is generally in a shape of a hollow cylinder. The button pressed down by hands is installed in an outside of the circumference part of the nut. A pair of the connection parts is formed in an inside of the circumference part to be connected with a screw thread. The connection part is rotated freely by pressing down the button. Two accommodation grooves are formed in an arbitrary place inside of the circumference part. And, the connection part is located at a place between the two accommodation grooves.
