A light diffusion plate is provided to reduce yellowing and to secure low reflection property by forming a lusterless surface. A light diffusion plate comprises a base layer containing a first base resin made of polycarbonate resin and a surface layer formed on one or both surfaces of the base layer. The surface layer contains a second base resin made of acryl resin and fluorine resin. The first base resin of the base layer is selected from a group comprising linear or branched aromatic polycarbonate single polymers produced by the reaction of dihydroxy phenol and phosgene or the reaction of dihydroxy phenol and a carbonate precursor. The acryl resin of the second base resin is at least one selected from single polymer and copolymer. The single polymer is obtained from a monomer selected from methacrylic alkylester, acrylic alkylester, methacrylic cycloalkylester, acrylic cycloalkylester, methacrylic arylester, and acrylic arylester.
