A device for cutting piston heads for a swash plate type compressor is provided to improve the manufacturing efficiency of piston heads by casting a pair of piston heads, automate a process of cutting a pair of piston heads, and minimize an error by adhering closely or fixing, and transferring the piston heads to a specific position of each process. A head arranging device contains piston heads(1), has a helical rail part on the inside, and a vibration generator at one side for transferring the contained piston heads to a specific position. A rail device has rails transferring the arranged piston heads to one side, and has protrusion devices placed at bottoms of ends of the rails for lifting one piston head up to a predetermined height. A first transfer device grasps the lifted piston heads for transferring the piston head. A fixing device secures the transferred piston heads and fixes the secured piston heads. A second transfer device grasps a predetermined number of secured piston heads at a time for transferring the piston heads. A cutting plate has securing parts securing a predetermined number of piston heads transferred by the second transfer device, arranging parts placed at one side of each securing part for arranging the piston heads at one side, fixing parts placed at the other side of each securing part for pressing one side of a top side of the piston head for fixing the piston head, and a transfer device reciprocating the securing part. Cutters are installed at right and left sides of the cutting plate at regular gaps for cutting center parts of the piston heads fixed at the cutting plate. A third transfer device grasps the cut piston heads at a time for transferring the piston heads to a collecting box.
