An apparatus for transferring an insulating board for a junction box is provided to pick up the insulating board having a bus bar and automatically put down the insulating board at a predetermined position while sliding a vertically moving cylinder to improve productivity. An apparatus for transferring an insulating board(16) for a junction box includes a working table(100), a support plate(110) located above the working table, a guide rail(120) located on the support plate in parallel with the working table, and a slide plate(130) which reciprocates along the guide rail. The apparatus further includes a support base(140) which is fixed to the slide plate, reciprocates with the slide plate, and supports a cylinder(142), and an upper jig(150) connected to the end of the cylinder projected from the bottom of the support plate and vertically moved when the cylinder is operated. The upper jig picks up the insulating board having a bus bar(30), is transferred with the slide plate, and puts down the insulating board at a predetermined position.
