A driving chip package and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) including the same are provided to emit easily the heat generated at the driving chip to the outside, thereby preventing a fault operation of the LCD. An inner lead(135) is formed within a window for mounting a driving chip on a base film(110). An outer lead is formed at an end of the base film and connects with the outside. A wire pattern(120) connects the inner lead and the outer lead. A heat emission pattern(150) passes through the window adjacent to an active surface of the driving chip and is formed on the base film. The inner leads are formed at a side of the window and the other side opposite to the side of the window. The heat emission pattern passes between the inner leads. The separation distance between the boundary surface of the heat emission pattern and the neighbor out lead is 25~30mum. |
