摘要 A reliability evaluating equipment of a reforming system for hydrogen generation is provided to evaluate reliability of the hydrogen reforming system such that hydrogen with better quality can be obtained by analyzing concentration, amount and the like of hydrogen obtained according to a catalyst filled in a reactor, a supply amount of reaction gas, temperature, pressure and so on, thereby setting up optimal reaction conditions according to such parameters. A reliability evaluating equipment of a reforming system for hydrogen generation comprises: a first reforming gas supply pipe including a purging nitrogen pipe(10), a methane pipe(20) and a high pressure fixed quantity pump(90) connected to a reformer(100), a mixer(93) for mixing gases, and an evaporator(94) for vaporizing water supplied by the fixed quantity pump into steam; a supply pipe of a gas phase composition gas for secondary catalytic reaction including a nitrogen pipe, a hydrogen pipe and a carbon dioxide pipe connected to the reformer; a burner supply pipe including an air pipe(80) and a fuel pipe(70) connected to a burner(110) installed at one side of the reformer; an exhaust gas pipe and a reforming gas pipe connected to the reformer; a condenser(102) and an automatic drain device(103) installed on the two pipes; an analyzer(140) to which respective gases are sent through the automatic drain device; ball valves(11,21) manually controlled to open or close channels of the respective pipes; a line filter(22) for filtering impurities; a flow controller(23) for controlling a flow amount; a check valve(24) for preventing backflow of a fluid; solenoid valves for automatically opening or closing the channels; a pressure sensor(14) for measuring the entire pressure of the pipes; a pressure relief valve(13) for automatically discharging the pressure when it reaches a predetermined pressure or more; and a controller(150) including a computer to control the valves and indicate resulting values of the analyzer.
