A method of reducing noise of a high-voltage relay is provided to turn on/off the high-voltage relay by using a PWM control signal, thereby minimizing the noise when the high-voltage relay is turned on/off. If a high-voltage relay is turned on, a duty of a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) signal applied to a terminal of the high-voltage relay installed in a motor controller is progressively increased by m percentage(S3). If a supply voltage exceeds a predetermined threshold voltage, the duty of the PWM signal is progressively increased by n percentage, and it is determined whether or not the high-voltage relay is turned on(S6). If the high-voltage relay is turned on, the duty of the PWM signal is progressively increased by m percentage(S7).
