NONCOMBUSTIBLE BOARD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THEREOF

Non-combustible and eco-friendly constructional board is provided to have improved durability, bending strength, wet bending strength and brittleness and to inhibit corrosion of metal caused by chlorine element, by utilizing pure inorganic material and industrial pulp without use of glass fibers. The board is fabricated by blending: extract solution of 5-20wt. parts of dried agar-agar powder and 60-100wt. parts of water; 5-30wt. parts of magnesium sulfate; 100wt. parts of MgO; 5-20wt. parts of industrial pulp; 20-35wt. parts of plant powder; and 10-30wt. parts of inorganic filler, and aging the blend. The extract solution further contains 2 to 8wt.% of gelatin and is obtained by treating raw materials in an autoclave at pressure of 0.5 to 10kgf/cm^2 and temperature of 110 to 180deg.C for 20 to 60 minutes. The fabrication of the board includes a step of forming the board in a mold at pressure of 0.5 to 1.5ton/m^2, or forming the board by a continuous roller.
