<p>The walls are formed into a rectangular cross section tube with the folding corners bent over and secured by staples, rivets etc. and each wall has an inner wall clipped to it along a central band leaving a gap at top and bottom into which the folded up edges of identical top and bottom sections are slotted. Between the two walls on each face of the box >=1 reinforcing strip of e.g. galvanised steel or of plastic esp. orientated polypropylene, is secured at approx. half the height of the side walls and clipped in place between parallel rows of rivets or staples used to secure the liner walls to the outer shell. Design provides strength and durability esp. for reuse, stacking etc.</p> |
