A canister ventilation structure for a vehicle is provided to improve performance of a canister by preventing moisture contained in air from flowing into the canister. A canister ventilation structure for a vehicle includes an air inlet port(12) and a housing unit(10). The air inlet port allow clean air to flow into a canister during operation of a purge control solenoid valve. The housing unit is integrally formed with the air inlet port, and arranged on a pillar neck(2a) of a pillar box(2). The housing unit includes a separation wall for preventing moisture flowing through the air inlet port from flowing into the canister, and a connector having a through hole for flowing of air introduced through the air inlet port toward the canister.
