A fuel leakage preventing system of an LPI(Liquid Petroleum gas Injection) engine is provided to accurately detect the state of the LPI engine and to efficiently remove residual fuel from a fuel supply pipe. A fuel leakage preventing system of an LPI engine, includes an engine room(10) equipped with a fuel injector(11); a fuel tank(40) which is equipped with a fuel pump(30) for supplying fuel to the engine room, and stores the fuel; a fuel supply pipe(21) connected from the fuel tank to the engine room so as to serve as a fuel supply path; and a fuel discharge pipe(22) connected from the engine room to the fuel tank so as to serve as a fuel discharge path. The fuel pump is inversely rotatable such that the fuel pump discharges fuel remaining in the fuel supply pipe to the fuel tank after the engine is turned off.
