A lifting device for a door glass in a vehicle is provided to perform a smooth operation and to prevent generation of noise, by installing a gas damper on a rotation part of a regulator arm. A lifting device for a door glass in a vehicle includes an operation motor(22), a driven gear, a regulator arm(26), a pinion gear(28), and a gas damper(30). The operation motor is installed on a regulator plate(32) and operated by an electrical signal of a door opening switch. The driven gear is engaged with the operation motor to interlock with each other and is installed on the regulator plate for rotating integrally with the regulator arm. The regulator arm is rotated along with the driven gear to elevate the door glass(36). The pinion gear is fixed on the regulator arm through the regulator plate. A gas damper has a rack gear rod(30-1) which is engaged with the pinion gear.
