A disc brake and a method for assembling and repairing a disc brake are provided to improve the performance of the brake and to prevent a partial abrasion of a brake pad by reducing sliding resistance of the brake. A disc brake for assembling and repairing a disc brake includes a carrier fixed to a vehicle and having insertion paths, a caliper housing coupled with the carrier to slide, guide rods(5) inserted into the insertion paths and having coupling paths(7), guide rod supporting arms(2) having through holes corresponding to the insertion paths and provided at sides of the caliper housing, and guide rod bolts passing through the through holes and coupled with the coupling paths. A guide rod has a body and a head and is inserted into the insertion paths. The guide rod contacts a cylindrical guide rod placing part(13), and then the head of the guide rod is jointed to a side(10a) of the caliper housing to align the insertion paths and the through hole.
