A roof antenna mounting structure for a vehicle is provided to perform the grounding of the antenna by separating the cover in attaching a roof antenna after attaching a painting prevention cover on a portion on which a roof antenna is installed and completing the painting process. An antenna fixing hole(2) is formed on a roof panel of a vehicle, and a bolt of a roof antenna is fastened to the antenna fixing hole, so that the roof antenna is fixed to the roof panel. Plural cover fixing holes(10) are formed around the antenna fixing hole formed on the roof panel. A painting prevention cover(20) is positioned on a bottom surface of the antenna fixing hole. A fixing rod protrudes from an upper surface of the painting prevention cover, and is fitted into the cover fixing hole.
