A wind shield window installation structure for a bus is provided to reduce assembling cost and to prevent a vibration and a noise of the wind shield window by installing a wind shield window more stably and easily. A wind shield window installation structure for a bus includes a wind shield window(30), a fastener(40), and a weather strip(20). The body flange is provided around a wind shield window installation hole, which is provided at a front upper portion of a body(10). The wind shield window is mounted through the body flange. A weather strip fixing portion is provided at the fastener. The fastener is provided around the wind shield window. An adhesion layer(50) is provided at the surface of the body flange. The wind shield window is attached to the body flange via the adhesion layer. The weather strip is installed at the weather strip fixing portion of the fastener.
