An assembly structure of a piston pin is provided to increase the surface pressure applied to the piston pin when an engine is operated by installing an insert member in the interior of the piston ring. A piston pin(4) is installed in a piston hole passing through a piston. An insert member(10) is installed in the piston pin to increase the allowable surface pressure applied to the interior of the piston pin. The insert member includes a mounting rod(12) provided in the interior of the piston pin and an attaching piece(14) integrally formed with the mounting rod and attached to the inner peripheral surface of the piston pin. Both ends of the mounting rod is rounded and extends to the outside of the piston pin. |
