<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmitting apparatus which transmits encoded moving image data so that a reception terminal can start quickly reproduction at a low cost while efficiently using a communication band. <P>SOLUTION: Moving images are encoded, the encoded moving image data are recorded, the encoded moving image data are instantaneously transmitted to a reception terminal which did not join in the middle among the plurality of reception terminals, and transmission is started from the moving image data recorded in the past, to the reception terminal which has joined in the middle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
