VIBRATION WELDING DEVICE AND METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration welding device and a vibration welding method each capable of securing connecting reliability of a plastic part even in case of using a plurality of vibration heads or oscillation systems.

SOLUTION: The vibration welding is conducted by a plurality of mechanically separated vibration heads each being connected to a frequency converter. An electric circuit connects the frequency converters so that one frequency converter can work as a master and another frequency converter can work as a slave.
