<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for manufacturing a photovoltaic device that can avoid the poor contacts of metal wires in a photovoltaic converter in a manufacturing process. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes a step of applying a binding material onto the surface of a roller 23, a step of making a conductive paste 3a contact to each of predetermined sets of copper wire 2a forming a finger electrode 2, disconnecting the sets of copper wire 2a sequentially from the roller 23 and transferring the conductive paste 3a to the copper wire 2a, and a step of fixing the copper wire 2a forming the finger electrode 2 disconnected from the roller 23 at the main surface of the photovoltaic converter 1 via the conductive paste 3a. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
