<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable estimation of the contact wear amount with high accuracy, by absorbing the margin of error of an estimated cumulative wear amount due to the differences or the like of measuring the method of a breaking current by correcting the coefficientβof the estimated cumulative wear amount of the breaker contact by actual measurement, and moreover, to provide a contact wear monitoring system of a breaker, a breaker maintenance assisting method, and a program capable of effectively notifying the maintenance timing of the breaker, to the customer having the breaker. <P>SOLUTION: This is provided with a means of inputting electrical information of the main circuit, a means of inputting the trip signal of the breaker, an estimated cumulative wear calculating means of calculating the arc time and breaking current, by using the electric information and the trip signal and of calculating the estimated cumulative wear of the breaker, a determining means of determining whether the estimated cumulative wear amount has a prescribed value or larger, and of outputting the determined result, and an actual measurement cumulative wear amount calculating means for inputting the actual wear amount information of an arc contactor of the breaker, of calculating the coefficientβin the actual measurement cumulative wear amount and of correcting the coefficientβof the estimated cumulative wear amount. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
