<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine whether each user intends to exchange opinions about information transmitted, to clarify the user's intention to reply to the information by displaying the determination result, thereby enabling exchange of opinions in necessary and sufficient time. <P>SOLUTION: A server 140 provided with a database 400 for storing transmission information, a user database 500, an already read-participation intention database 300 for storing response to the information, and an electronic conference system 150 having a participation intention change determination apparatus 600, a display information computing apparatus 700, and an input/output apparatus 160, is connected to a client 100 having an input/output apparatus 110 and a display apparatus 120 via a network 130.
