PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet-like temperature control device capable of controlling a temperature in each area of a heater by a controller and capable of always keeping temperatures of a plurality of objects with different temperatures by detecting the temperatures of the objects constant. SOLUTION: This sheet-like temperature control device is provided with an elastic sheet substrate 11, a plurality of stripe lower electrode wiring 12 formed on the sheet substrate 11, a sheet-like resistance heating element 13 connected with the lower electrode wiring 12 and arranged in an array on the sheet substrate 11, a sheet-like resistance heating element 13, an one direction element 17 connected with the resistance heating element 13 in series, a plurality of stripe upper electrode wiring 18 connected with the one direction element 17 and provided crossing the lower electrode wiring 12, and a controller 19 connected with the lower electrode wiring 12 and the upper electrode wiring 18 and controlling the heat generation of the resistance heating element 13.
