PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display apparatus capable of inhibiting emission lines from dispersing and from occurring on a display panel. SOLUTION: This LCD unit (display apparatus) 1 comprises: a main panel 20; a back-light unit including a sub-panel 10 and LEDs 33 illuminating the rear side of the main panel 20; a shading tape 53 which is placed between the main panel 20 and the back-light unit and inhibits the light from the back-light unit from leaking outside and also has adhesive strength; and spacer 55 placed between the shading tape 53 and a projection part 21c of the main panel 20.
