PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail oil spattering prevention device of an elevator capable of suppressing the spattering of a rail oil from the rail member of the elevator. SOLUTION: A rail lock 20 having a recessed opening 20b for inserting the rail member 6 for guiding a counterweight member is installed on the lower side of an oiler 8 for the counterweight member mounted on the upper part of the counterweight member 5. A rail oil absorbing member 11 absorbing the rail oil by bringing it in slidable contact with the rail member 6 for guiding the counterweight member is fitted to the rail lock 20.
