PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus for cooking efficiently heating a food material while suppressing the generation of smoke and the like accompanied with burning of oil content exuded from the food material, dispensing with a power supply, being used in any place, handled easily and having high usability. SOLUTION: A hollow part inside a partition wall tubular part 12 is defined as a heating space 14 and a heating object 50 is put therein from the upward to be heated, so that this heating apparatus uniformly applies the heat from the heating part 30 thereto from the circumference, highly efficiently heats the heating object 50, and cooks it in an extremely short period of time. The liquid content from the heating object is downward drained from the lower side opening of the partition wall tubular part 12 and never comes in contact with the heating part 30 and the generation of the smoke accompanied with the burning of the liquid content is surely suppressed. When using a burning material such as charcoal as the heating part 30, combustion air is naturally introduced from the lower opening part so as to dispense with a complicated structure for air supply and the simple structure dispenses a troublesome maintenance.
