PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent leakage from an oblique back side by eliminating wrinkles and twisting between a rear part of a blood-discharge port and the roots of the hips so as to make of a gap between an absorbent product and the body. SOLUTION: An absorber 4 is interposed between a liquid-permeable surface sheet 3 and a rear surface sheet 2, and a pair of right and left longitudinal emboss grooves 7 and 7 along nearly a longitudinal direction are formed on the side of a surface of the liquid-permeable surface sheet 3. In the absorbent product like this, the separation width between the longitudinal emboss grooves 7 and 7 is narrowed from the rear side to the front side of the absorbent product. It is desirable to connect the starting ends of the front side of the absorbent product of the longitudinal emboss grooves 7 and 7 with each other, to form a front-side width-direction emboss groove 8 of a projecting shape on the front end side of the absorbent product, to connect the terminating ends of the rear side of the absorbent product of the longitudinal emboss grooves 7 and 7 with each other, and to form a rear-side width-direction emboss groove 9 of a projecting shape on the rear end side of the absorbent product.
