The structure has a through hole drilled into opposite sides of a fan (10), and a magnetically-operated unit (20) comprising a magnetic unit (22) and a main body (21) with a head part (211) and a pin. The part has an attractive surface (2112) corresponding to a supporting surface (2111), which is connected with the pin. The attractive surface protrudes to a side of the fan, and a magnetic-attractive surface (221) is formed at the magnetic unit. The magnetically-operated unit is combined with the hole predetermined at the fan and passes via the hole with the pin. An independent claim is also included for a magnetically-operated unit comprising a main body.
