<p>The present invention relates to spiropiperidine compounds of formula (I) wherein W, X, Y, Z, R<SUB>1</SUB>, R<SUB>2</SUB> and R<SUB>3</SUB> are as defined herein, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts, hydrates and solvates thereof. These spiropiperidine compounds are useful for the modulation of CCR5 chemokine receptor activity, particularly in the prevention or treatment of inflammatory diseases, immunoregulatory diseases, organ transplantation reactions and infectious diseases such as HIV infections.</p> |
