AROMATIC POLYAMIDE FILAMENT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

An aromatic polyamide filament and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the defects of the crystallization, thereby having the enhanced strength and elastic modulus. An agitating device is installed within a polymer reactor(20). The agitating device comprises a rotation member(3) having plural pins(3a) and rotated by a motor(2). A fixing member(4) has plural pins(4a). The agitating device agitates aromatic diamine, aromatic diacid chloride and polymer solvent injected into the polymer reactor. The rotation speed of the rotation member is controlled faster than the injection speed of the polymer solvent as much as 10 to 1000 times. The rotation member also controls the contact frequency of the pins within the rotation member and fixing member as 100-1000Hz.
