<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for forming a lead-containing multiple oxide in which the dispersion stability of an acetylacetonate complex is satisfactory, and preservation stability can be maintained over a long period, to provide its production method, to provide a ferroelectric thin film, to provide a piezoelectric element, and to provide a liquid injection head. <P>SOLUTION: The composition for forming lead-containing multiple oxide is composed of a colloidal solution comprising: lead acetate as the raw material for lead oxide; metal alkoxide and acetylacetonate as the raw materials for the oxide of a metal(s) other than lead; and acetic acid, and the molar ratio of the acetic acid/acetylacetonate complex is >2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
