<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moving picture distribution system which easily executes user registration, and uploads and distribute a moving picture. <P>SOLUTION: A user uses a mobile phone 30 to image a stamp seal 20 of a two-dimensional code stamp 10 and to obtain a web address and a user ID. When the user connects to an access data management section 52 by the obtained web address and transmits the user ID, a user data management section 53 stores user information transmitted from the mobile phone 30 to a user database 51 in cross reference with the user ID, a multimedia data reception section 55 receives multimedia data transmitted from the mobile phone 30, and a multimedia data management section 57 stores the multimedia data to the user database 51 in cross reference with the user ID. Thereafter, when any mobile phone 30 images the stamp seal 20 of the two-dimensional code stamp 10, a multimedia data distribution section 58 reads multimedia data particularized by the user ID from the user database 51 and distributes the data to the mobile phone 30. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
