<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which can prevent part of an optical transmission substance from shining in spot by causing the light from a light source to be expanded nearly throughout the optical transmission substance, until it passes through a light emission window even when the distance between the light source on a circuit board stored in a housing and the light emission window becomes comparatively small with respect to the size of the light emission window of the housing because of the reduction in size, for design reasons, etc. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus comprises the housing 4 formed with the light emission window 10, the circuit board 32 which is stored inside the housing 4 and is formed with a hole 34 at a place corresponding to the light emission window 10 or near that place, the light source 36 which is arranged in the periphery of the hole 34 on the face 32b of the circuit board 32 opposite from the one 32a on the light emission window 10 side, and the optical transmission substance 8 arranged in the light emission window 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
