PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic-shift transmission for simplifying starting control during a shift change from a parking state to a drive side while more easily securing a parking mechanism, and to provide an automobile equipped therewith. SOLUTION: The automatic-shift transmission comprises a driven gear 72 arranged on an output shaft 6 gearing with a driving gear 52 of an input shaft 4 in an idling possible manner, a parking gear 76 integrally rotated with the driven gear 72, and a synchronizing device 83 for selectively fixing the driven gear 72 and the parking gear 76 to the output shaft 6. A shift actuator 13 and a fork 93 drive a synchronizing device 83 to fix or release the driven gear 72 and the parking gear 76 to or from the output shaft 6.
