PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement form issue system for a taxi capable of reliably recording fare addition when the fare addition caused by one pulse of a pulse signal for measuring distance after stopping the taxi is caused and making taxi crew notice reliably that the fare is added. SOLUTION: A taxi meter 2 has a control unit 6 for calculating the running fare when hired by a passenger and transmitting calculated fare data to a printer 11. The printer 11 is provided with an issue button 15a for issuing a settlement form and a control unit 12 for issuing a first settlement form on the basis of the fare data transmitted by the taxi meter 2 when the issue button 15a is depressed, receiving the fare data when a for-hire button 3a is depressed, and issuing a new second settlement form when the fare data do not coincide with the fare data when the first settlement form is issued.
