PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a support rubber composition to become rubber having a stable modulus throughout a year and to provide a rubber support using the same. SOLUTION: The support rubber composition comprises 100 parts by mass of diene-based rubber containing≥50 mass% of natural rubber, 5-50 parts by mass of silica, a polyol compound in an amount of 5-17 mass% of the silica, a vulcanizing agent and a vulcanization accelerator.
