<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic substrate 1 in which electronic characteristics can be improved and miniaturization can be realized. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic substrate 1 provided with an inductor element 40 on a base 10 is provided with a stress relaxation layer 30 provided between a connection terminal 63 to be used for connection with an opposite member and the base member 10, and easing a stress difference between the base 10 and the opposite member, wherein a core of the inductor element 40 is formed of a magnetic layer 31.
