PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyurethane integral skin foam enabling the demolding in a short time compared with conventional production method in spite of the use of water as a foaming agent, free from the generation of swelling and void defects and having excellent formability. SOLUTION: A polyurethane integral skin foam is produced by reacting (A) a polyisocyanate with (B) a polyol in the presence of a foaming agent consisting of water and (C) an amine catalyst. In the above method, the amount of the component (C) is 1.3-3.6 pts.wt. and that of water is 0.28-0.44 pt.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component (B). COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
