PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle counter and a particle counting system allowing monitoring or observation all the time. SOLUTION: The particle counter 11 for detecting and counting a particle in an inspected fluid includes a measuring part 13 for detecting the particle, and a control part 12 for processing an output signal from the measuring part 13, and issues a signal for issuing an alarm when abnormality is generated.
